After months of cold weather, it is beginning to warm up in time for the swimming season. Caribbean Pools is here to help you. We want to deliver you a clean pool and ready to use! Open a pool is not easy and requires professional work.
*MOST POOLS OPENS GREEN AND DIRTY
Here are few steps we will follow for CONTRACT CUSTOMERS
and NON-CONTRACT CUSTOMERS:
1- Drain Clean
Drain and clean the Pool Cover
2- Remove
Remove the Pool Cover
3- Store
Store the Pool Cover
4- Raise Water
Raise the water level back to normal
5- Reconnect
Reconnect Your Pool Equipment (filter, pump, heater and anything else)
6- Remove
Remove the winter plugs and re-attach drain plugs
7- Plugs
Remove winterizing plugs from skimmer and return lines
8- System
Turn your system back on
9- Test Pool
Test your pool chemistry
10- Shock
Drop Shock in the pool
11- Brush
Brush and vacuum the pool
12- Filtration
Run the filtration system overnight

13- Chemistry
Adjust your pool chemistry, starting with Total Alkalinity
14- pH Balance
Adjust the pH balance
15- Metal Free
Add Metalfree to prevent Staining
16- Calcium
Test and adjust Calcium Hardness

4- RAISE THE WATER LEVEL BACK TO NORMAL
5- RECONNECT YOUR POOL EQUIPMENT
This includes filter, pump, heater, and anything else.
6- REMOVE WINTER PLUGS AND RE-ATTACH DRAIN PLUGS
7- REMOVE WINTERIZING PLUGS FROM SKIMMER AND RETURN LINES
8- TURN YOUR SYSTEM BACK ON
9- TEST YOUR POOL CHEMISTRY
10- SHOCK THE POOL
11- BRUSH AND VACUUM THE POOL
12- RUN THE FILTRATION SYSTEM OVERNIGHT

13- ADJUST YOUR POOL CHEMISTRY, STARTING WITH TOTAL ALKALINITY
14- ADJUST THE pH BALANCE
15- ADD METALFREE TO PREVENT STAINING
16- TEST AND ADJUST CALCIUM HARDNESS
